Exercise for Children

Just like adults and aged people, kids also need some kind of exercise. Most of the children need at least an hour of any kind of physical activity daily. Daily and regular exercise is very useful for the children and helps them in many ways like,• They feel less stress• They feel better and active • They feel more ready to learn in school • They will keep a healthy weight • And also they build and keep healthy and strong bones, muscles and joints • They sleep well at night Mostly now in these days the kids spend their more time on watching TV, they spend less time on running and playing different kind of games. Parents should play their administrative roll here and should limit TV, video game and computer time. For this purpose they can set a good practical example by being active themselves. To do exercise together can be fun for you and your kids i.e. for everyone. Competitive sports, walking or biking to school can help kids to stay fit and active.
